Swiggy — 5 Items Were Missing from my Order which I placed on Instamart through the Swiggy Application.

On October 18th at 11:53 PM, I placed an order on Instamart through the Swiggy Application worth Rs.1031/- I ordered a total of 11 items of which 5 items were missing(Items worth Rs.763 were missing from this order). This was confirmed by the Swiggy Delivery Agent who delivered my order, and his name was Mr Sandeep Chauhan(his phone number is +91 [protected]), who then called the Shop owner whose name was Mr Ajay and the shop owner asked me to contact Swiggy Customer Support and raise a complaint, which I did the very next moment and I got a response from the Swiggy Customer Support that they will not refund my money back or send the missing items.

The Swiggy Customer Support was clearly not ready to take any responsibility for something that was completely their fault, even after their own delivery agent and the shop owner confirmed the product was missing.

Below mentioned items were missing from my order;

2]. Itc Master Chef Veggie Pizza Pocket - Rs.171.00
3]. Sumeru Cheese Corn Nuggets - Rs. 134.00
4]. PICKWICK Wafer Sticks Chocolate - Rs. 170.00
5]. Amul Gold Homogenised Standardised Full Cream Milk - Rs.78.00

I have a call recording of the delivery agent Mr Sandeep Chauhan where he confirmed the product missing. The delivery agent called me back a second time with the owner Mr Ajay from the Swiggy Store on the line as well, they both confirmed the product missing and suggested I raise a complaint. I even sent this call recording to Swiggy Customer Support and yet the Swiggy Customer Support refuses to initiate a refund or send me my missing items.

For reference, I will attach a copy of the bill and the responses I received from Swiggy Customer Support. The ID for the complaint I raised with Swiggy Customer Support is 20102136

I want Swiggy to own up to their fraud and unprofessional behaviour and refund the amount of Rs.763 for the missing items in my order back to my source account.
