I ordered a food of RS 155, at 11 pm, 1 November. It was shown that I may receive my order at 11:30 pm, but it took long I waited so long I called to delivery agent, after that I received it but in really bad condition. Food was Stale, cold, smelling and messy. I went to the help section for request my amount refund, they only initiated RS 46, but what about RS 109. I asked them to arrange me another order, they said "we can't" the chat partner was earlier " Arshiya" and later she transferred it to senior " Debadinna" . Debadinna don't know customer service, he/she was just saying sorry we can't like a robot, and while I was typing he/she turned off the chat and left.
That pathetic service, customer service and food quality and delivery.
