[Resolved] Swiggy — add on food not delivered | |||
I had ordered from city square cafeteria and ordered a plate shawarma with add ons which costed extra, but when i received the food i didn't get the add ons. So i immediately complained to the customer service, but they didn't give me a satisfactory reply and kept on replying with recorded messages and i could not get compensation. I am very disappointed in swiggy and the reply from the customer service was very bad i want compensation immediately Was this information helpful? | |||

Wrong order my order has been delivered to someone else I need refund because I didn't get my order I got someone else is order it was veg which i don't eat

Chekuri venkatesh [protected] one of the delivery person he is such an idiot talking rudely with the customer and can't even delivery the product. The location is very near to the restaurant and it will take just 7 minutes
