Swiggy — against agents customer service and refund.. | |||
Swiggy provides the worst customer experience. I waited for the agent for 25 mins. But i could not reply for a minute. My ticket got closed. And this happened 10 times. And i had to repeat everytime i get connected to diffrent agents. My concern was for my money. My order got cancelled and did not receive my money back. It is been 1 month now. They have made me feel disgusted. And i begged for my own money. Was this information helpful? | |||

Extremely unprofessional behaviour on part of swiggy delivery personnel who cancelled the order without waiting for me to receive it (apparently, according to him, he had been waiting for more than 15 mins which I am totally unable to believe). Totally disappointed. Will think twice before recommending or using swiggy again.
