Swiggy — Amount deducted and order was not placed, haven't received the refunds yet

I ordered liquor from swiggy wine section . The amount got deducted but order was not placed. I tried it 5 times, 4 times through phone pe and once through net banking. Through this INR 1850 got debited from my account but everytime order got failed. Not I haven't recieved my money back from swiggy, they are not even responding. I want my INR 1850.
