Swiggy — bad quality cake delivered | |||||
29th september 2017, i ordered 500 grams (0.5 kg) birthday cake for my husband. Trust me it was just a crap with rotten bread and cream, seems like 7-10 days old. He anyhow just tasted a bite and asked me to keep the entire cake in the refrigerator to return back to swiggy for a free cake party. I am regular user of swiggy but from last evening incident we decided never to use swiggy again. Swiggy please take this back as a return gift from us and enjoy the cake!!! I ordered food at 8:40 pm for dinner ! I get a call after 2 hours at 10:30 pm saying the restaurant is closed ! It's bizzare! It's obvious that the restaurants close after a certain time! Customer care called and asking me to order from another restaurant! How incompetent one can be! It's bad!
