Swiggy — bad quality of food | |||||
I ordered a subway sandwich from swiggy. That's the worst sub i ever ate in life. Not a single vegetable was fresh and nither there were proper saucages as i ordered. I am feeling stomach ache by eating this. I hope my baby is fine as i am pregnant currently. If you can't get a good quality food for customer then at least you must inform him or her about the food quality. As we are ordering online we can't see the quality of freshness but you are taking that order for us so its your responsibility to look at the quality and inform the customer for the same. I ordered naan and dal makhani, malai kofta from swiggy through one of the known restaurants in Jamshedpur named retro garden and the quality of food was really bad. I have had food before from the same place and the quality and quantity differs from what I have had earlier. I would really like to get back a compensation or refund or my complaint should be filed for the same. I am trying to reach out to as many platforms I can to let my issue out.
