I am a Swiggy ONE member for sometime. I order almost everyday from them and recently when I was in my hometown(Thrissur), I ordered from a pure veg restaurant called Swaminatha Vaibhavam. I ordered for two items, one is curd rice and other is curd vada. After confirming the order and sis payment online, I was received with a message telling curd vada is out of stock so select another item. But even mentioned for two sweet Lassi which they couldn't confirm due to some issue with the restaurant. So I had no choice but to go with curd rice alone. So they refunded the other item amount which was out of stock but surprisingly they charged me for delivery additional 29rs. When I enquired about it, one agent told me since February 17th the radius of free delivery is reduced to 8km from 10km so it is charged. And I even told him the restaurant is mere 3kms away from my home then how it is still charged. He couldn't give me proper solution and asked me to send mail. I have been following up since then by sending 3 separate mails with all details and 5 times contacted the Swiggy customer service and none provided me any solution. I hereby attach the screen shots of the conversation with the first agent as well as the delivery charge occurred details along with this complaint.
