[Resolved] Swiggy — blocked my number citing financial frauds | |||
Swiggy has blocked my number citing that i have made financial frauds with them. I have asked them to give me the details, they could not give. They are not reinstating my account and asking me to change the number and email id to register. I don't want to change my mobile number just to create another account with them. The last conversation from them is on dec 20th 2018 and they did not respond to it after that. I have attached the screenshot of the last conversation i had with them. Jan 6, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved My account has been reactivated now. Even though I was told that it is impossible to reactivate my account, I am quite sure it can be done because it's not some rocket science. And also as they are not at all able to find out and give me any evidence of the security threat I have caused to them, they have to reactivate my account and they did it. I appreciate their efforts, even though it is very much delayed. Better late than never. I have got responses from [email protected]. I am not if I can give the person's name here. And also I have lodged a complaint in https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ after which I have got the resolution. | |||
