Swiggy — buttermilk

I have ordered buttermilk from hotel saravana bhawan having order no. [protected] and one of the glass among that three was packened loosely due to which all that milk pour into the polythene bag in which glass was delivered and the glass which was delivered was empty. I am attaching pics and bill for your consideration. The food was delivered not in adequate manner.
