[Resolved] Swiggy — cancel amount not received after so many chat or conversation with swiggy team | |
Dear concern, This is gautam kumar swain with mobile number [[protected]]. I ordered lunch for my family From restaurant swiggy app on 14th july 2019 with proper mob pin location but as per swiggy it issue its showing different delivery location so i immediately inform that delivery boy for delever it in my proper location but he refuse. He cancel above order and charge me for 50% on total order amount and as per my discussion with swiggy team they assure me we will refund you total amount as per your order with in 4 to 7 days. But still today it's not credited in my account and they refuse me for the same. I found swiggy company cheat customer as their choice. I need your help regarding this matter.
