For order number [protected] was cancelled and the amount charged was 50% of the cancellation fee which is 222.5. The total amount for the order was 445. Order was cancelled within 7 mins. Now if they are saying there is a wastage of 200 rupees in 7 mins which is unacceptable.
What are ways which we can ensure that they do not charge such amount and i get a refund.
Also there should be a way to make them accountable if the food served is not hot. They should be charged a fine if they do not deliver on time. There is no way to make them accountable and i feel helpless.
Although this is not a big amount but they do not meet up to the standards they have set to meet. Was this information helpful? |
In view of the above, Swiggy may also penalise for not serving in time and cancelled the order due to their internal reason.
