Swiggy — cancellation of orders | |||||
My orders are being cancelled without my consent ..Have palced 4 orders till time and outcome remains the same. Upon reaching CS, agent's started blame game claiming that i have cancelled it by own. If that was the case why would i seek an assistance ??? how will i receive an automated message froM TX-Swiggy stating" your order has been cancelled items not availbale at the restaurant". Yesterday i was charged for Rs.149/- & i was asked to wait for 7 working days to get the refund... What kind of service are you guys providing to cx's???
