Respected Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I had placed an order ( Order no[protected] from hotel cafe Nizamiaz on 24/08/23 at 10.48pm which was showing around 50 minutes for delivery to my home which was supposed to be at 11.40pm. I did waited for sometime and then I took help from swiggy bot regarding delivery which was saying sorry, there is a delay and food will reach by 12.05am and afterwards delivery partner was assigned to whom I talked through phone who said he is on the way and will reach after sometime and again when I checked with swiggy bot which said food will be delivered at 12.25am. Then delivery partner was cancelled after for some reason and after calling swiggy customer care, he was saying to wait again till a delivery partner will be assigned, hungry and frustrated, I told him to cancel the order. By the time, swiggy, Zomato everything was closed and I had no option to get food from nearby areas. I would suggest you to take action against swiggy to kindly avoid these kind of behaviours at late night where a customer who had paid for their food had to be hungry and to sleep without eating food when I could had ordered from some other app and received food in time. I would like to demand a compensation from swiggy regarding this. Thanks & Regards Was this information helpful? |
