[Resolved] Swiggy — Cancelled my order for having correct address | |||
I want to inform swiggy disappointed me so bad there delivery partner misbehave and didnot listen me .I have order food for my home the address i have selected was correct but delivwry man call me and said muje yah location khai or ki dikha r hai mai wha jaunga.I said bhaiya maine usse address pe already bhit orders kiye hai kaise galt hosakta h .They force me to shout aand after that there executive call me Garima and said that I have selected wrong address that why we can't delive..I told them if i selcted wrong than how is my earlier order reached at my destination.Pls explain she didnt clarify this to me .Both were pathetic.My mom was sick I have order some food for her even I said this to delivery man but he refuses too . They even take my money.I want my money back.From now onwards i am not gone use swiggy at all . Was this information helpful? | |||
