Swiggy — cancelled the order, even when restaurant is open. | |||||
Hi, This is in reference to my order with swiggy app. and Order no.: [protected]. The swiggy has cancelled the order even when the restaurant was open and without giving any prior information. When contacted with customer care, am getting reply that we are sorry, backend team has done it. This is complete harrasment and poor services. Now, they have asked me to look for another option and provide me a coupon of 100 rupees and refund initiated that will reflect after 4-5 days. How can swiggy expect me to have more money to put in to the app and what will i do with 100 rupees? I cannot order more. I am a very regular customer of swiggy with an approximate orders of about 30-40 orders per month.
