Swiggy — cancelling of order after not delivering for 3.5 hours

I had ordered an order from himachal rasoi, shimla.. With my current location as chhota shimla but the order was not delivered.. On contacting the customer care instead of supporting in the delivery.. All he was interested in was cancellation of the order and falsely claimed that the gps location shown was that of mall, though i had double checked the location as chhota shimla..
