I have entered my work location as delivery address. After about 30 minutes from ordering, I called the delivery guy to confirm the status who said he sees a different address from what I mentioned.
Anticipating a glitch in the app, as I clearly see my work location entered correctly, I called customer care to help me with the situation. The executive says that although the address is correct, the location on the map is showing another point and that he would have to cancel the order unless I go there and pick.
I still don't understand whats my mistake here, since I have entered the address correct. I had to loose my money, time and my mind. When I try to cash, its the same generic answers that they can't refund and would take care in the future. This is absolute cheating for a mistake that I didn't do.
