Swiggy — Cheating consumers

When we place order in swiggy. Swiggy collects money in the name of delivery fee. Some customers even pay subcription for delivery fee. Inspite of taking such amounts for individual delivery from each customer, swiggy boys collect food orders of different restaurants of diffferent customer and delay our order. Today our order was from masaledar and order was ready. This restaurant is less than 1.5kms from my house. That delivery boy was waiting at another hotel sairam parlour for more than one hour so that he delivers both the orders at once, which is cheating public by collecting individual delivery fee. Swiggy showed 20 mins when i ordered at 8.09pm for dinner. Time crossed 9.05 also and still my food was undelivered for just 1.4 kms far restaurant. When swiggy boy is collecting multiple orders, why are we being charged delivery fee individually? finally i cancelled order and got my refund somehow. But the injustice being done to customers is to be highlighted. Food delivery gets delayed keeping customers hungry and why they are showing 20 mins as delivery time? consumer court must take action against swiggy against such malpractices and cheating.
