[Resolved] Swiggy — Cod disabled | |
My cash on delivery was disabled even though it was swiggys fault . They compensated me the canceled order money but only gave me a coupon instead of canceling the fee charged. They canceled my order and and compensated by giving a coupon but disabled cod . So I can't place a order and use the coupon. I don't use online payment. And coupon is only valid for a month. Currently I don't have cash in my bank to use online payment. So I am not able to use the coupon and in future I will have to pay the order money as fee and then order my food. This is absurd and fraud and cheating the customer. Was this information helpful? | |
