Swiggy — complain about refund | |||
It is regarding order [protected]. I paid through online card for the order. Due to unavailability of another dish, I was confirmed by Swiggy through SMS that I will get the refund of the amount of second dish. It's going to be more than 2 weeks now, I haven't receive my refund. I contacted the customer service, and after chatting with three different executives, I am confirmed that Swiggy cannot help me. I even posted the screenshots as proof, but the customer service executives we're hopeless. One even mentioned refund to an account, which I don't even use! I am attaching the screenshots here too. Though not big amount is Rs. 260, but for me it is since I am struggling to live a life here and also it shows that Swiggy can cheat customers anyway, illegally or unethically. Now, to whom it may concern, what should I be expecting as result? Was this information helpful? | |||
