Swiggy — complain: professional& financial fraud against swiggy

Dear sir,

I have did payment of order number #[protected] on 1 feb 2019, 11:28 pm on swiggy. Swiggy itslef cancelled the order and initiated the refund of 142 rupees on 1 feb 2019 but still now i have not received any refund. Moreover,
Kindly provide me the details of my refund. If i didnt get any response from your side, then i am officially filling complain against for un professional& financial fraud against swiggy
