[Resolved] Swiggy — complaint regarding food cancellation and behavior of swiggy | |||
Hello I want to file a complaint against swiggy. I placed on order today of amount 2435, it was prepaid. They cancelled my order without calling and deducted my half amount and updated that remaining half will be deducted in 2-3 working days. They deducted as half amount and said it was cancellation fees. They did not even give food not even refund my fees. Their customer service was not able to give any solution and there was no senior manager to handle the case. They don't even listen to yo customer. They are just making fool of customers Was this information helpful? | |||
