Swiggy — complaint regarding incomplete order from swiggy

I am a regular customer of swiggy. I had ordered 6 burgers from a restaurant but received only 3 burgers. This is not the first time. The same case has been happening since many orders. When i contact them regarding the issue they just ask for feedback and close the issue. This is not the right way to respond to customer problems.

Lease resolve this issue asap.
