Swiggy — customer service | |
I used to be the regular customer of swiggy. When i complained about the service swiggy straight away deactivated my account so that no complain can be done and to stay clean as there will be no proof of my complain. Nice try swiggy. I gave an order at around 9pm and then en every 15 min the executive was changing and lastly around 1 am the customer care canceled the order and from the very next day the acount got deactivated. Is this the right way to treat customer specially in the service industry. Was this information helpful? | |

In response to my order on Swiggy on 14 th August, due to some on line discrepancy payment of rupees 1517 had been made twice for the same order.i talked at customer care and he ensured to return the money with in Four days.No payment has been received yet.
