Swiggy — delayed order by more than 45 mins | |||||
I recently placed an order with ketuz which is like 5 mins from where i stay but still by some miracle my order got delayed by more than 45 mins. I agree that it was raining a little but that in no way justifies the late in delivery by more than 45 mins. I ordered at 1.00 pm and got the delivery by 2.30 pm. I am utterly dissapointed in swiggy. I don't know what the hell the delivery person was doing for so long. I even called him a lot of time and he said he was somewhere near dunlop gate 2. Maybe he was delivering somewhere nearby but still that doesnot justify so much delay. I am very very dissapointed in swiggy. Was this information helpful? | |||||
