Swiggy — delivering damaged food | |||
I ordered food from momoman using swiggy app, the food i got was so damaged and i was not able to eat it as whole soup was spilling out and momos were also squeezed. I notified swiggy via email and also via social media twitter. But company didn't respond me on email and on social media they refused to compensate me for the loss that i have occured. This happen twice to me and both of time they told me the same that the company will serve me better in future.. However i do not believe that they are committed to it.
