Swiggy — delivery boy and customer care
I placed an order today at 1:55 am. At 2:07 i get a message from swiggy that order has been dispatched. At 2:15 i call up the delivery boy and he says it will still take time. At 2:20 am the delivery boy says the food is fallen on the road and i will send you pictures because a rickshaw fellow hit me. How can a parcel which is wellnoacked in aluminium foil placed in a and come out of the bag and rolling on the floor and tear up with all the lollipop on the road. The customer care guys took 25 minutes to resolve my issue. They said i will get a refund within 24 hours and later stated it will take 5-7 business days. They could not even answer a simple question. All frauds around. Please make something at home rather than ordering from swiggy
