Swiggy — delivery executive refused to deliver even on the request made by company executive | |||
Respected sir/ma'am, I am chaturbhuj. On 21st of september, 2018, i made an order with order #[protected]. They cancelled my order without any reason. I made an another order with order #[protected]. Delivery executive came nearby my place and he was around 1 km away from my place. I gave him direction but he refused to deliver the food. I got the call from a customer executive of the swiggy and i told her everything. She took delivery executive on conference. He was rude to both o[censored]s and refused to deliver the food. I even tried to give him some extra incentive that i will pay him a little if he delivers the food. Finally, he cancelled my order. Two times, my order has been cancelled and that day i slept without eating food. I had no resort to get from nearby because all the restaurants were closed and i had only resort to order online. Swiggy deprived my from taking dinner that evening and forced me to sleep without eating food. I seek compensation from swiggy and get my complaint resolved within 15 days. If my request doesn't seem to be considered, my last resort will be issuing a legal notice to swiggy and i will move to court.
