I ordered my food from KERALA PANOOR restaurant near bellandur, Banglore, and i saw the status that delivery agent took my order and he was in the way in my swiggy app. I waited more than 5hours to get the food still as of writing [ 00.35AM ] the food not delivered and i chat with swiggy agent he did apologise for the incident but i don't want that apologise because my wife waited more than 5hrs for the food and she slept without eating. I want to makesure that entire team get punished .. also i want compensation for this incident because if not raised they'll do this again. Was this information helpful? |
