I am swiggying for more than 3 years. I order food on 24 th March 2023 @ 8:32 with order id ORDER #[protected]. The order was meant to be delivered in 20 mins. Since the delivery patner is moving in wrong direction I tried to call him. The call was picked by some lady and disconnected the phone after asking about the delivery. So I have to chat with help desk and they has given assurance that the food will be delivered in next 20 mins as she has word with the delivery executive. And the same 20 mins assurance was extended to more than 1 hour.
After the false assurance given I have to check any other option to get the delivery. So I google it and I got the complain number so called that number. So the person from other end told he changed the executive and the the food wil be delivered shortly. And finally got the delivery @ 10:40 pm.
But the most disappointment was that after this much waiting, chatting and calls I got the food which was too cold.
This is not the first time i am facing the same issue. I want a compensation as I have to chat and makes call to get the food insted of making order and sitting at home.
