I ordered 5 Quantities of food item ( Rabdi) on July 18th 2023. As soon as we opened the packet of sweet it was tasting so badly and stinking. I ordered Rabdi because my wife had her fasting on Tuesday, and this was really frustrating to have such kind of food delivery. I did raise complaint to swiggy and they straight away denied stating that we cannot process the refund. I never expected such kind of pathetic demonstration of service of swiggy. There are many online food platforms available in the market, but I trusted swiggy for the last 6-7 years. Kindly look into the issue and help me to get the refund of my hard-earned money.
