Swiggy — delivery partners | |||
I have ordered my food in ovenstory pizza today at 11.40am my order# [protected]. I got my pizza only at 2.30pm. Where the pizza was fully wet and busted. I tried to reach the delivery person she is not responsive, i have raised the complaint to call centre they also not responsive. I have paid my money in advance for the food. But the delivery executive and call centre simply saying that if you dont want the food cancel it payment will be credited to you within 5 days. My Pregnant wife and my child was hungry. Without food they suffered a lot. You people doesn't have any common sense how the public will suffer once they didn't get there food. We ordering the food and awaiting eagerly but u people are not responsive. Was this information helpful? | |||

Worst customer service and they changed the food item that was meant to be delivered..worst delivery app ever.
