[Resolved] Swiggy — did not receive order... but money got deducted | |||||
I had placed an order (Order no #[protected]) from a restaurant. I had not received the food, but i got a msg that the food was delivered 15mins earlier. So i tried calling swiggy and delivery personnel. No response from their side. So i went on a chat with swiggy personnel, who tol me that he is unable to reach the delivery person and so he cannot help me... So i had to send a mail to their mail id... Finally i called the restaurant owner, and asked him to connect me to delivery personnel... The delivery person tol me that as he was unable to find my address he returned back to the restaurant... And if i wanted the food i shud come to this place... I even mailed swiggy still no response from them. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Now Swiggy is denying the fact that coupon was applied!
If we knew the coupon - why wouldn't we apply it?!
