Swiggy — Did not received order

time of order placed - at 1:22 pm

i have placed order with order id as mentioned above at 1:22 pm ...i received call from swiggy at 1:50pm to ask some otp by telling that my location is not visible so they need otp ...i have given otp to them than around 2:02pm i got notification on swiggy that my order has been delivered successfully befor time...but in actual i haven't got any order in my hand ...i waited for few mins but it didnt came so i contact swiggy via help option in the app and started chat with them regarding the same issue ...agent named Fouzia told me to wait while they cheack what is the problem...after 20 mins they told that delivery person is not picking up call and you have to write us to mail and before i ask any further qus chat got deactivated (that was so rude)...so i decided to chat again regarding the same and agent again told me same story that this is beyond the scope and sorry we cant do anything.i have attachatesd all the screenshot of chat below please go through this
