Swiggy — Didn't received food nor the 100% money back

This evening I ordered food for my family from swiggy it showed me that my food will be delivered to me in 36 mins. After waiting for around 35-40 mins the delivery guy came and asked me for OTP, I received a message were my order id was mentioned but didn't received any message with OTP, I immediately tried reaching out to swiggy but everytime the line was busy. Even after many discussions with the delivery guy he went off and cancelled the order and 100% of the food cost i.e Rs 770 has been charged to me as the cancellation fees. Finally after trying so, mANY TIMEs I was able to reach to the CUSTOMER service and they told me that it is their policy that they can only refund me 50% of the amount. What a ### policy of swiggy, It is so, pathetic that these guys have so, bad messaging service and CUSTOMER service.

I request for 100% refund
