Swiggy — different order received

I ordered food from swiggy on 12th april, 2019. I recieved completely different food and was not even properly cooked also. I started chatting with swiggy regarding the issue and they said they'll refund my money within 5-7 working days. Usually these type of companies refund money within 24 hours but i waited. I chatted with swiggy 2-3 times but everytime, they just apologize and close the conversation. I have attached all the screenshots of the conversation and also attached picture of food.
I want my money back from swiggy as they are not responding.
