Swiggy — disabled cod | |||
Hi Few days before i ordered swiggy and later wanted to have seeet dish. I ordered it but before item was delivered i asked customer care if they can let driver know about getting change. Driver informed that he doesn’t have change and i informed customer care that as i dnt have change either i will cancel the order. I informed in appropriate time. This has just happened once. I wanted to order again next day from swiggy but guess what my cod is disabled. Once contacted i got to know i should do pre payment for that to work again This is so hostile behaviour. I have never been rude or wanted to cancel my order. This just happened once and as if i have done a crime and disabled cod. I am not comfortable using my card online or any other means that doesn’t mean that company will suddenly decide to disable it! This is not only ridiculous but beyond any normal person imagination!! Why forcing me to do pre payment when i can pay on delivery Why cancelling my cod after once i canceled order as driver didn’t had change Driver should have change just in case if customer needs it. Atleast we are ordering and paying it! Not stealing and running away I need solution asap and i do not want to use my card online to pay I have right to pay cod. Was this information helpful? | |||
