Swiggy — extra money charged for items not delivered | |||
Hello, This is regarding order no [protected]. An item worth rs 99 was unavailable in my pre paid order. I requested for replacement with an item of lesser price worth rs 95. Later after 15 mins, two people from swiggy called me simulataneously in confusion telling me that new item wasn't available either. When i requested for refund of rs. 99 for only that item, the swiggy executive told me he will only refund rs. 95. But later i got an official confirmation sms from swiggy that only rs. 89 is refunded. Why is swiggy cheating customers to extract additional money through fraud. Even the executive i chatted under help did not bother responding to my actual issue multiple times. First of all when item is unavailable, i got know about it after 15 mins of wait by which time all other places were closed. On top of it, swiggy has charged me money for an item they never delivered. Thirdly, swiggy executives don't even bother to respond when this concern was raised by me. So i request swiggy to quit cheating it's customes and provide my refund in full immediately. Stop this fraud!! Was this information helpful? | |||
