Swiggy — Failed refund on my card | |
I ordered from swiggy and items were incorrectly cooked and when I complained they told that I would receive the refund to my source account in 3 to 7 days . It is showing that I received the refund in my account . I contacted the bank and they confirmed that I did not receive any amount . I tried contacting the swiggy customer care but they only kept saying to confirm with bank . My order id is[protected] RRN number is[protected] I was suppose to receive the amount 923 Was this information helpful? | |
