Swiggy — False time

I have placed order from swiggy and order accept at 10.30am..expected time of delivery time was 11.15am.
But received order at 12.15pm.
Delivery persons falling only gps but not falling a given address in details.
Calling multiple times for address details. Why hiring person those who dont know proper areas and address of related city.
