The order was cancelled because of the apps glitch and they don't provide the order or the refund. It is not possible to cancel the order after 1 minute through that window as the cancel order tab is removed post 1 minute of food order.
The food worth 394rs either made a fresh order or the refund to be credited to the original payment method. Without even confirming with the consumer they just cancel the order.
