Swiggy — food cancelled by swiggy without notification and refund is only half of the money | |||
Hi, we have ordered an item with id:[protected] (From yum yum tree restaurant). A few minutes later we find the status of the order like cancelled. We tried to reach to the customer service and they replied as if they tried to reach and the order is cancelled from their end. The also added as we willbe refunded with half of the money due to this. To be frank, we did not receive any call from swiggy. (Maybe due to range issue we couldn't see any calls from swiggy) we are starving here for food and we tried to get the order back, customer service people told as if they can't provide the food back to us and will be distributed to other people. This is not at all acceptable sevice from swiggy. If the order is cancelled from our end means.. This is fine.. But here this is not the case. Without getting call from swiggy oder got cancelled and even i have lost my money too.. Was this information helpful? | |||
