[Resolved] Swiggy — food delivered to wrong location, cancelled and deducted my money | |||||
This incident happened today order#[protected], where i chose the food to be delivered as per my gps location from a restaurant near me. After about 45 mins, the delivery boy called to say that i am out for delivery but noone is there. They picked up my past order location inspite of telling them that they have picked up a wrong location. They then cancelled my order and charged my a fee of half of my order amount and disconnected the call. I tried chatting with them and they said, we are sorry for inconvenience, delivery location was incorrect and the order has been cancelled. They refused to refund my amount and closed the chat on my face saying hope your concern has been resolved??? This is the new money making business by swiggy and i really will never order from them again Was this information helpful? | |||||
