An order was place on swiggy from restaurant called Chowman. The restaurant missed an item callen "drunken chicken". We complained immediately the moment we realized while opening the parcel. there has been absolutely no response from Swiggy since 02/06/23. I would like a refund for the food not sent and compensation on lack of customer service.

This is not the first time swiggy has ignored customer service. I do not understand why the lie by saying they'll get back within 48hrs and literally do not care to do a follow up.
