Swiggy — food not delivered even after 2 hours of confirmed order

I had placed an order at 9:27 pm from Siddique Kabab Centre Kondapur via swiggy app but even after 2 hours food was not delivered. Moreover, there was no information provided on why the food is getting delayed. We were waiting for food. Your customer care executives do not know how to address customers. When i called and enquired she was saying we cannot deliver the food. If that was the case it should have informed before, why that was realized after 2 hours.
There should be some respect for customers time and needs. I am very dissapointed with Swiggys service and customer satisfaction.

Order [protected] which was placed on 28th of december 2018 at 9:27 pm which was not delivered as yet. Unfortunately, i had to cancel the order.
