I had ordered from Swiggy with the order details mentioned below :
Order Date and Time: 25th May 2023 at 9:31 PM

After the order was placed, the expected time of arrival was 10:16PM. I waited for my order till the promised time. I asked the team at 10:20 about the status but I was told that the order is still being prepared and the delivery partner was not assigned. After not being able to provide the status or the food or the refund for my order, the support executive asked me to either cancel the order or wait for the order. When I said that I don't want to cancel and want my food, she said she was unable to proceed with the refund and this was after I had already waited for 30 mins beyond the promised time i.e. 10:16 PM. They did not respond properly on time and kept me waiting to chat with the senior executive. I was harassed for the entire time and the food wasn't delivered even after 90 minutes of waiting.
Request you to kindly help me the compensation for the harassment by the swiggy team and for keeping me hungry when I couldn't cook and eat as I had lost appetite after waiting for 90 minutes and had to sleep hungry.
