Swiggy — food not delivered in 1.5 hours | |||
I ordered lunch at about 1:30 noon today. At 2 noon the app showed that the delivery boy has reached the restaurant. When i contacted the delivery boy he said he could not take the order and swiggy will assign another person. I contacted swiggy team and they asked me to wait for some more time. When there was no movement on the order i contacted swiggy and they said they will assign another person. Again i found that it was cancelled and they assigned the third person.in short the swiggy call centre was trying to tell me food will be delivered when things were not alright. I waited for 1.5 hours and no food was delivered. Swiggy should credit the bill amount if you are not able to deliver on time. Every one in swiggy call centre acts as if we are sorry for this. This is not the first time it is happening and its difficult to contact anyone from swiggy to the complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
