Swiggy Food — refund

I've been having issues with swiggy. They haven't been giving back my refund money. They say it's initiated but the money hasn't reached my account. This has happened 2times. They owe me rs 490 and it's been more than a week. Being a college student this is really inconvenient. Pls look into this. They are fooling their customers, being a big company.
