Swiggy — fraud with me

i order from swiggy 8:30pm @but 3 hours back i do not get my order
And swiggy chat customer support force me to cancel your order.
This is totally swiggy mistake
Refound my full amount to my bank account and close your swiggy bcz swiggy is not capable.
Please dont download swiggy app. Its totally fraud.
